Blurred Duality

After several months, I’m finally posting again. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to include a detailed breakdown of how the piece came to life step by step. I hope to bring that back in the future, but for now, just being able to create and share this feels like an achievement in itself.

This piece is a composition that combines two female faces from a stock photo library, intentionally fused in a disproportionate way, along with multiple layers of textures from my personal collection—all of which I’ve used in previous works.

The result is quite intriguing and led to several versions, each with its own atmosphere: some brighter, while others are darker, more mysterious, and even a bit unsettling.
